Process

When I work on projects, I follow the phases of the Software Development Lifecycle coupled to agile methodologies. This enables me to maximize the value delivered while ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the project roadmap. I always strive to work with a precise framework while still leaving room for flexibility.
Below is a short summary of how I proceed when working on a project.

Discovery phase

In this first phase, I start by understanding the project domain, the goals, current pain points and overall process. This is done by gathering requirements from stakeholders and seeing what the current workflow looks like. Additionally, I spend some time to explore the tools and platforms that will be used by the end users in the target process.

Design phase

During this phase, I collaborate with stakeholders to build and validate prototypes for the deliverables. My goal in this phase is modeling our target processes while accounting for all edge cases. To ensure exhaustivity, I document business cases and define how they will be performed in our target process.

Development phase

Once the design phase is over, the Engineering team starts developing the deliverables based on prototypes and models we worked on. To ensure requirements are met, I run testing workshops with stakeholders to test the different iterations of the deliverables and gather feedbacks in test reports.

Delivery phase

When it's finally time to deploy the deliverables and transition to the target process, I create learning resources and organize workshops with end users. During this phase, I make it a point to stay close to the end users to guide them in the adoption of the new tools and processes, while monitoring arising issues.
